What: Dedicated to your personal growth and empowerment, this retreat focuses on a variety of modalities that will improve your overall state of well-being.  Deepen your skills and techniques that bring you better body awareness, coordination and balance.  Through HoopDance, Partner Yoga, Thai Massage, and Meditation, we will co-create a sacred circle for deep physical and spiritual exploration.

You Will Receive:

      ~6-hours of education each day

You Will Experience:

     ~group conscious movement exercises
     ~skill-building of Hoop Asanas and HoopDance

     ~shamanic/ecstatic dance sessions
     ~group outing to local waterfall   (bring your own picnic lunch & $ for shared cab ride)

  • Accommodation:
    • Eco-Retreat Style (anywhere from $30-$60 a night)
    • Local hotel stays ($25-$50 if you want AC or beach front, please be specific)
    • Camping at Bamboo YogaPlay, with access to jungle shower and shared kitchen.
    • ($15/person per night, tents available to rent)
  • Transportation
  • Surfing, Whitewater rafting, Guided Tour of the Waterfalls, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, etc. (prices vary, depending on the journey you choose, but we can help you book local favorites to experience)
We can also guide you to local fruit/vegetable stands and restaurants that offer great items at very reasonable prices.
